Each template is a GitHub template repository on github.com/8bsite, with its live demo running on GitHub Pages. You get the whole site as one index.html, an AGENTS.md with editing rules for coding agents, the photo credits and the MIT license.
To publish your own copy: open the repository, click Use this template, then in your new repository go to Settings, Pages and choose Deploy from a branch, branch main, folder / (root). The site appears at https://<you>.github.io/<repository>/ a minute later. A custom domain goes into the same Pages settings.

Every template here is free under the MIT license: one index.html with its CSS and scripts inside (GSAP, ScrollTrigger and Lenis load from jsDelivr), plus AGENTS.md, CREDITS.md (photos from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, fonts under the SIL Open Font License) and LICENSE, in its own GitHub repository at github.com/8bsite with a live demo on GitHub Pages. Each template's page has the download commands.

Questions
How do I publish a template on GitHub Pages?
Click Use this template on the repository, then in your copy open Settings, Pages and deploy from the main branch, root folder. There is no build step: GitHub Pages serves index.html as it is.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add the domain in Settings, Pages of your repository and point a CNAME record (for a subdomain) or the GitHub Pages A records (for the bare domain) to GitHub. The template itself needs no change.
Can I keep the repository private?
The template copy can be private. Whether a private repository can publish to GitHub Pages depends on your GitHub plan; otherwise use Netlify, Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, which take the same single file.
