DoneLaterNot for us

Five things it listens to.

Read-only, all week long. murmur never posts, sells or changes anything in your shop.

  1. What sold, when and for how much: online, at the till and at the market stall.

Heard this week: 14 small bowls sold, none left.

    Sales

  2. What is left, what moves slowly, what runs out before the weekend.

Heard this week: the large vase has not moved in ten days.

    Stock

  3. Who looked, from where, and what they came back to look at twice.

Heard this week: the green vase saved twelve times.

    Visits

  4. Questions in your inbox and DMs, grouped by what people are asking for.

Heard this week: nine people asked when the bowls are back.

    Messages

  5. Markets, holidays, paydays and weather: the calendar your customers live by.

Heard this week: Saturday’s market confirmed, rain on Friday.

    Seasons

One sentence. Three reasons. One tap.

Every Monday at 7:40, by app, email or text. Nothing else all week, unless something breaks.

  1. The sentence

The move, in plain words and under twenty of them. No chart to decode, no percentage without a reason.

  2. The reasons

The three signals that point to it, each one a tap away from the numbers behind it.

  3. The tap

Done, Later or Not for us. murmur learns what matters to your shop from every answer.

Quiet weeks get a quiet note: “Nothing needs you this week.” Notes arrive in your language and your time zone.

Kept by forty-one small studios.

Potters, jewellers, cobblers, weavers. Each reads one sentence on Monday morning. These were theirs last week.

  • A potter in a sun hat shaping a bowl on the wheel in a warm workshop

    Ines Valk

    Stoneware, Malmö

“Fire the speckled glaze again. The last batch sold out in four days.”

  • A jeweller with folded arms standing at her workbench

    Ada Lindqvist

    Silver rings, Gothenburg

“Offer half sizes on the band rings. Six people asked this month.”

  • A cobbler smiling in front of a wall of hanging tools

    Tomas Berg

    Shoe repair, Uppsala

“Open on Monday mornings. That is when the winter boots come in.”

  • A weaver in red working a patterned runner on a wooden loom

    Mira Kaur

    Hand-loomed textiles, Lund

“Photograph the red runner in daylight. It gets saved, not bought.”

  • A leather worker in a denim apron smiling in his studio

    Samuel Okoro

    Leather goods, Stockholm

“Bundle the card wallet with the key fob before December orders start.”

Field notes.

A week of Mondays across the studios: what murmur noticed, and what the makers did about it.

Hands with a gold bangle kneading a lump of grey clay

Ines, stoneware

“Wedge two extra bags on Thursday.”

Three wholesale orders landed at once

A woman in a flowing red dress turning in a dark room
A stack of folded wool sweaters in grey, brown and oxblood
A hammered silver ring standing on a wooden beam in amber light

Mira, textiles

“Move the stall next to the bakery.”

Saturday mornings start there

Clay-covered hands shaping a yellow bowl on a potter's wheel

Samuel, leather

“Answer the dye question in the listing.”

No dashboards. No streaks. No charts at midnight. One sentence on Monday.

We built murmur for people who would rather be at the wheel, the bench or the loom than inside a spreadsheet. It reads the numbers so you can get back to the work.

No ads, no data sold, no notifications after six in the evening. Delete your account and everything goes with it the same day.

Wherever Monday finds you.

The same sentence on any surface. Pick one, or let it follow you from the phone to the workshop wall.

Four Mondays free. Then one small price.

Try it for a month with everything switched on. No card needed until your fifth note.

What does murmur need access to?

Read-only access to your shop, your card reader and the inbox labels you choose. It cannot post, sell, refund or change a price.

Why only one sentence?

Because a small shop has time for one change a week. murmur ranks everything it noticed and sends the move most likely to matter; the rest is one tap away if you are curious.

What if I disagree with the note?

Tap Not for us. murmur asks nothing more, remembers the answer and weighs that kind of advice less next time.

Which shops and tills does it work with?

The common online shop platforms and card readers connect in a few minutes. Market sales can be added from a photo of your notebook or a spreadsheet.

Is my data sold or shared?

Never. Your numbers are used only to write your notes, stored in the EU, and deleted the day you close your account.

Can I pause it for the holidays?

Yes. Pause for up to eight weeks and you are not billed; murmur keeps listening quietly and sends one catch-up note when you return.

Say something. We answer by the next Monday.
