We start with the grey

Every head carries an undertone — warm, cool, or somewhere loud in between. Before we mix a single gram we sit you at the window and read it in daylight: roots, ends, skin, the box dye from 2019. Then we choose a colour that belongs to you rather than to this season.

Warm
Copper, rust, cherry, honey — for skin with gold in it.
Cool
Ash, violet, ice, ink — for skin with pink or blue in it.

Cut dry. Cut once.

We cut your hair dry, the way it actually lives — no surprises when it dries at home. One clean line, checked in daylight, and we put the scissors down.

Fifteen minutes at the window

Every first appointment starts with a free consultation in daylight. No mixing bowl comes out until we agree.

  1. 1

    Daylight read

Roots, ends and skin by the window, never under salon bulbs.

  2. 2

    Strand test

One strand mixed and timed first, so the result is a fact rather than a guess.

  3. 3

    Your formula, written

You take the card home. Any colourist, anywhere, can repeat it.
