Every new label sends us samples first. Our staff wear them to work, in the rain and on the bike for a month. What survives goes on the rail; what does not goes back to the maker with our notes.

Repairs for life
Anything bought at STRADE is mended free at our bench for as long as you wear it. When you are done with it, we take it back, resell it and give you store credit.
Book a repair1. Bring it in
Drop the piece at either store. We look at the damage together and give you a date.
2. We mend it
Seams, zips, holes and soles. Most repairs are ready within a week.
3. Wear or trade
Collect it mended, or trade it in for credit; we clean it and put it back on the rail.

Before you ask
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 15:00 leave the Kade store the same day. Delivery in the Netherlands takes one to two working days, the rest of the EU three to five.
Can I return something?
Within 30 days, unworn and with tags. Returns are free in either store; by post we send you a prepaid label.
How do your sizes run?
Every piece lists the maker's measurements next to ours. In store we can measure something you already own and match it.
What does the free repair cover?
Seams, zips, buttons, holes and resoles on anything bought at STRADE, for as long as you own it. Cuts and burns are quoted first.
How do I get the Concrete Low?
Half the pairs are held for the stores and half go online at 10:00 on release day. Set a reminder and we email you ten minutes before.
