Where we found them

No casting websites, no paid listings. Our scouts walk the city and talk to people. Four of the places where it worked.

From spotted to signed

Four steps, about two months, and nothing to pay at any point. You can stop after any step.

  1. Step 1

    Spotted

A scout hands you a card, or you walk into the open call. That is the whole audition.

  2. Step 2

    Test shoot

A free half-day with our photographer: plain light, no make-up, two or three looks.

  3. Step 3

    Development

Six weeks of walking, posing and portfolio work at your pace, around school or a job.

  4. Step 4

    First booking

We send you to clients who book new faces, and a booker stays on set for your first job.

Nine test shoots this month

Every new face gets a free half-day test with our photographer. This is the September sheet, one frame from each shoot.

Frame 07Ines's first test: plain light, no make-up, one look. A Paris lookbook booked her from this frame three weeks later.

No fees. Ever.

Some agencies make their money from new faces. We only earn when you do: a commission on bookings, and nothing before them.

Five cities, one mother agency

We stay your mother agency and place you with partners abroad when you are ready to travel, never before.

Before you walk in

Questions we hear from applicants and their parents. Anything else, call the studio.

Do I need professional photos?

No. Phone photos in daylight are better: no filters, no make-up, hair off your face. We take the professional ones.

Is there an age or height limit?

We meet people from 14 upwards. Height matters for runway, not for commercial and beauty work, so apply whatever your height.

I'm under 18. What do my parents need to do?

A parent or guardian comes to the open call and signs any agreement with you. They are copied on every booking.

What happens at the open call?

A short chat, a few digital photos against a plain wall and a walk across the studio. It takes about twenty minutes.

How soon will I hear back?

Within ten working days, whether it is a yes or a no. We reply to every application.

Can I be with another agency too?

If you already have a mother agency, tell us. We can still place you abroad through them.

Apply to be spotted

Send two phone photos and a few details. A scout replies within ten working days, yes or no.
