The engineer finds the cause, measures and photographs it, and shows you what they've found before touching anything.

Small jobs are priced on the spot; bigger ones arrive by email within a working day, itemised, with dates.

The work
Dust sheets down, water and heating off only as long as needed, old parts taken away, the room left as we found it.

Tested and signed off
Pressure and flue tests, the certificate and warranty registered in your name, and a walk round the controls.

Do you charge for quotes?
No. Surveys and written quotes are free anywhere inside the ring road and £45 beyond it, taken off the bill if you go ahead.
Is everyone Gas Safe registered?
Every engineer who works on gas is, and their number is on the text we send the evening before. Ask to see the card at the door; they expect it.
How long does a new boiler take?
A like-for-like combi swap is one day. Moving it or converting from a system boiler is two. You're never left without hot water overnight.
Do you work weekends?
Saturdays for booked work, and the emergency line runs every hour of every day at the same rate.
Can you sort the heat pump grant?
Yes. We're an accredited installer, so we check you qualify, apply for you and take the grant off the price before you pay.
What guarantee do I get?
Two years on our workmanship for everything, and up to ten on boilers through the manufacturer, registered in your name on the day.
