Signature cups

Four cups we would defend in court. Every one comes with pearls cooked within the hour.

Build your cup

Five layers, each one your call. The order screen at the counter walks you through the same five steps.

Cooked every two hours

An iced peach tea with dark pearls and a black straw on a blue table outdoors
  • Soft centre
  • Brown-sugar glaze
  • Bouncy
  • Never fridge-cold
  • Vegan
  • Gluten-free
  • First batch at 10:30
  • Binned at two hours

Rolled from cassava starch and dark brown sugar, simmered for twenty-five minutes and rested in syrup. After two hours whatever is left goes in the bin, so every cup gets pearls that are soft right through.

How to order

Three steps, about three minutes, no app needed.

  1. Step 1

    Pick

Choose a signature cup or build your own on the counter screen. Tasters of any tea are free.

  2. Step 2

    Shake

We brew, pour and shake it in front of you, ten seconds by hand, then seal the lid.

  3. Step 3

    Sip

Stab the lid with the fat straw, give it a swirl and get a pearl in every sip.

House rules

  • Tea, not powder

Every base is brewed from loose leaf in small pots, and a pot that turns two hours old is poured away.

  • Pearls die young

Cooked in small batches through the day and binned at two hours, cooked or not. No exceptions on a busy Saturday.

  • Your sweetness, your call

We will tell you how we like it, then make it exactly how you asked. Zero sugar is a real option here.

  • Bring the cup back

Any clean cup up to 700 ml gets 50p off, and our own glass cups come with a free first refill.

Good questions

Anything else, ask at the counter or message us. We answer within the hour while we are open.

Is anything vegan?

Yes. Every tea, oat milk, all fruit bases and our brown-sugar pearls are vegan. Only fresh milk, cheese foam and taro paste are not.

How much caffeine is in a cup?

A regular jasmine or Assam cup has about as much as a small coffee. Butterfly pea and every fruit base have none.

Where can I see allergens?

The full allergen sheet sits on the counter and on the order screen. Popping pearls contain seaweed extract; taro paste contains milk.

Can I order ahead?
