No. Share a link and they can comment with just their name. If you'd rather have them signed in, turn on client accounts for that board.
Yes. Link a folder and Pane keeps versions in sync. Nothing is copied until you pin a file to a board, so your storage stays where it is.
Only what you've approved. Drafts stay on the board for your team and are frosted for everyone else. Approving a draft makes it visible straight away.
No. Guests and freelancers on a single board are free. You pay only for people on your own team, and you can move a seat to someone else at any time.
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and every board is private until you share it. The Agency plan adds single sign-on and an audit log.
