Infra is three nights of posters, portraits, films and live sound made with thermal cameras, heat-sensitive inks and the colours of fever.

We ask artists to show what the eye skips: the warmth a body leaves in a room, the glow of a crowd, the heat of a long conversation.

Six strands run through the weekend. One pass opens all of them.

Make a poster that runs hot.

We pick forty new posters for the walls every year. Send one A1 design by 15 March; the ten we like most are printed two metres tall and hung in Hall 7.

Anything else? Write to us and a person answers within a day.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. Hall 7 and the cinema are step-free, with lifts up to the print fair and accessible toilets on every floor.

Can I bring children?

Yes, until 22:00. Children under 12 come in free with an adult, and the portrait studio has a low chair.

Are the talks included?

Every pass includes the talks. Seats go to whoever arrives first, so come ten minutes early.

Can I take photos?

Please do. Only the portrait studio asks you to keep your phone in your pocket.

Where can I stay?

Two hotels near the depot hold rooms at a festival rate. Write to us and we send you the code.

Can I get a refund?

Until 1 May, yes. After that you can pass your pass on to a friend at any time.
