From dye pot to your door in five days

Nothing waits in a warehouse. Your piece is dyed, cut and finished after you order it — which is why the colour is exactly the one you picked.

  1. Day 1

    Pick your colour

    Choose any piece in any of our forty shades, or book a stylist to choose with you.

  2. Day 2

    Dyed in a small batch

    Your garment goes into one pot with thirty-nine others and dries in the sun on our roof.

  3. Day 3

    Cut, sewn, checked

    Seams are finished by hand and every piece is held against the colour card before it leaves.

  4. Day 5

    At your door

    Wrapped in paper, sent tracked, with a card that covers free repairs for as long as you wear it.

How long does delivery take?

Five working days in Portugal and Spain, seven to the rest of Europe. Every order is dyed after you place it, so we ship tracked and send the number the day it leaves.

Will the colour look like it does on screen?

Our photos are shot under daylight and checked against the dye card. If a shade surprises you, send it back — returns are free for thirty days.

How do sizes run?

True to size with a relaxed cut. Each product page lists garment measurements, and a stylist can check your fit over video for free.

What does the repair promise cover?

Seams, buttons, zips and small tears, for as long as you own the piece. Post it to the studio or drop it in — we cover the return trip.

Can I choose a colour that isn’t listed?

Club members can request any of our forty studio colours on any piece. Custom shades outside the range are possible for orders of ten or more.
